DSS, formerly Dayton Sweeping Service, was founded in 1972 as a one-man operation that
provided parking lot sweeping for the commercial industry. Today, we have expanded our
operations to include construction sweeping, commercial power washing, salting, snow/ice
removal, and commercial landscape maintenance and property management assistance.
Over the years, the company's fleet has grown to more than 30 vehicles, including street
sweepers, parking lot sweepers, dump trucks, loaders, bobcats and other support vehicles. By
providing excellent service and proving to be the best in the field, DSS base revenue has grown
by 229% since it was purchased in 1999 by husband and wife team Kevin and Viki Kroeger.
