Viki Kroeger
CEO
Providing management leadership for DSS,
Viki champions strategic planning to
maintain consistent, sustainable growth.
She oversees all financial aspects of the
business including daily operations, reporting and budgeting. Prior to taking the helm at DSS
in 1999, Viki worked
for over 10 years in business finance, specializing in health care finance. Viki holds a
bachelor’s degree in mathematics with emphasis in finance and economics from the
University of Dayton. She currently serves on
the board of EO, Entrepreneurs Organizing,
as the Finance Chair. |

Kevin Kroeger
President
Kevin's expertise in asset management and personnel development has been the
catalyst fueling the growth of DSS Sweeping. He also provides technical leadership in
managing the equipment fleet and capital acquisitions. Previously, Kevin worked as a
sales engineer for several large electrical manufacturers. He earned a bachelor's
degree in electronic engineering technology from the University of Dayton. |

Charles Hiatt
Sales & Marketing MANAGER
After 11 years managing his own business,
Chuck joined the DSS team in September of
2009. Focusing on new business development
and marketing initiatives, he is dedicated
to expanding the regional brand
awareness of DSS Sweeping. Previously, Chuck
worked in the investment services and
non-profit financial development fields. He
attended Belmont College in Nashville,
Tennessee and Wright State University in
Dayton. |

Richard MtCastle
Operations Manager
Recently promoted to Operations Manager, In
2004, Richard began his career with DSS as a
staff mechanic and progressed up through the
ranks. Richard's attention
to detail and commitment to quality and
great customer service keep the company at
the forefront of the sweeping industry. His
extensive field experience translates into a
deep understanding of our client's needs. |
